New Start Data provides a simple to use online service for obtaining the names and addresses of any incorporated company in the UK, as soon as the company has been setup and registered at Companies House.

Furthermore, we can provide you with this information within 24 hours of their business becoming registered at Companies House - meaning you can get to them before your competitors.
Cut out the middle man!
Perhaps one of the most common issues faced with any business that currently use this method of marketing is the problem of knowing whether your message is reaching its intended destination. One example of this may be companies that have their businesses registered to their accountant, solicitor, mailbox or company formation agent. Many of these companies may not forward any obvious sales literature received in the post onto their clients.
Our intelligent systems can automatically filter any known addresses of companies such as these and we give you the option to exclude them from your order, and this service is provided at no additional cost to you.
Another option we provide is the ability to mail the directors of these new businesses direct at home, or come further changes to the Companies Act 2006 their service addresses. Cutting out the registered office address of their company and going straight to the top, means that you stand an increased chance of directly contacting a decision making contact.
You are also able to extend or reduce the search criteria for your order at any time, to increase or reduce your reach to meet with your own requirements.

Self Service
Our Self Service option is available through our website and starts by simply going to our home page and entering the central postcode of your target area, such as your office postcode for example, followed by the radius area in miles that you wish to cover. Then, using historical information, our system will give you an estimate on the number of new businesses that should startup in your chosen area along with the estimated monthly cost for that information. Our initial minimum agreement term is 1 month.
At this stage you may either revise the search area or proceed to pay and start receiving information on new start businesses in your chosen area.
Once paid, the system will start emailing you a CSV file which can be used in popular spreadsheet and office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word for doing mailshots to your prospective clients. You will receive these emails daily to your chosen email address, or as and when new companies are incorporated in your chosen area.
You can amend the search criteria to increase or reduce the number of new start business records being found at any time throughout your service with us, and after the initial month of service the agreement becomes a rolling month on month service that may be stopped or extended at any time online. You will be notified by email when the credit on your account is low. You can then log into your account and top up using most major credit and debit cards.
For clients that have various regional offices or target locations, our system also enables you to setup different campaigns with different search criteria to run alongside each other.

Managed Service
For businesses that either require greater or national coverage, and perhaps also management of the distribution of their mailings we offer our fully managed service. We also offer a suite of additional services that you may find complement the daily feed.
Using this service an account manager will discuss your specific requirements with you, and what data you would want included and excluded. Once agreed we will also discuss your mailing requirements, from design right through to distribution methods.
