- What is a registered address?
A registered address is an address where documents can be delivered to the company. It has to be recognised by the Post Office. - Why should I filter out these addresses?
Any post you may send to such addresses could be filtered and not passed on to the company itself. - Why should I get in contact with a newly started business?
New businesses are looking to purchase a range of products and services to enable them to trade and build business transactions with new customers. By using our service you could potentially be one of the first people to contact them and help them on their way. - When will I receive my data?
Once you have signed up to use the service you will start receiving emails containing the new business information on a daily basis as we provide you with information about companies that have been formed in your area for less than 24 hours. This is faster than any other service available in the UK. - How will I receive my data?
You will receive your data in a daily CSV file that is compatible with most office programs like Microsoft excel and Microsoft word. This then makes it easier to carry out simple mail shots to prospective clients. - What information do I receive?
The information you receive is dependent on which package you choose. Our standard packages offer you the company name and the registered address, whilst our premium packages offer the directors name on top of the standard package. - How often do you update your data?
Our data is updated as soon as a new company is registered at Companies House; this is why we are offering a daily email service to keep you updated on the latest new companies as soon as we know about them. - How do you know how many businesses will be set up within a month?
We use historical information to give you an estimate of how many businesses will be set up within your area in one month. The cost of the data is only an estimate and will be adjusted accordingly in respect to how many businesses are actually set up. - Why do I need to set up an account?
The reason an account is set up is so that funds can be deposited when you like in order to support your campaign. You will keep receiving records until the funds in your account have been used; you will receive a low funds notification to remind you to top up your account if you want to continue using this service. There is a minimum requirement needed in order to set up the live account based on the estimated cost of the first three months of your campaign. - Can I edit my order once it has been processed?
You can amend the details of your campaign at any point. For example you could increase or reduce the amount of records you receive. You can also add more campaigns to run along side each other. - How do I cancel?
After the first initial month the agreement becomes a rolling month on month service that can be stopped or extended at anytime by logging on to your online account.
